[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Students must have previous ballet training, strong ankles, and a recommendation from their ballet teacher before enrolling in this course.  This class emphasizes on strengthening the feet and ankles while using the barre.  The barre will be used for half of the class to warm-up and work on preparations, the other half will be used for center work practicing releves and variations of combinations.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
